Wedding Photography: Crewe Lyceum Theatre – Abi and Steve

We were at the wonderful setting of the Crewe Lyceum Theatre for the wedding of Abigail and Steve. The unusual setting makes for a wonderful backdrop for a wedding in Crewe. The beautiful building, rebuilt in 1911 after a fire engulfed the building, lends itself to the on-stage wedding ceremony with guests comfortably seated in the stalls. The layout is personalised with the in house team providing lighting and sound to enhance the setting.

Arriving guests were treated to a red carpet reception in the foyer before making their way through into the theatre for the wedding ceremony.

Once the curtain had risen and the ceremony conducted there were no end of great opportunities for photos, the group shot on stage, the Bride and Groom in the ‘Royal’ Box and of course on stage with the wonderful architecture of the theatre behind them.

Our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without Simon and Tina. Not only did they do a wonderful job capturing the day but they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
