We enjoyed a lovely winters day in Shropshire for the wedding of Adele and Benny which took place on 29th December set across three wonderful venues. The pre-wedding preparations all took place at Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa, Whitchurch, Shropshire. Tina photographed Adele’s bridal preparations in the Hotel while the boys had their groomsman photos in the lovely backdrop of the golf course.
It was then off to the nearby St Alkmund’s Church for the wedding ceremony taken by Rev Canon Judy Hunt. The Grade I listed church dates back to 1713. It is simply a stunning venue for a wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, confetti and couple photos the bridal party headed off for the journey to The Mytton and Mermaid Hotel, Atcham, near Shrewsbury for the wedding reception. Yet another beautiful location for wedding photos set on the banks of the River Severn. Once the sun had set the wedding breakfast was served followed by the cutting of the cake.
During proceedings guests warmed themselves by the open fires outside on the terrace at The Mytton and Mermaid Hotel surrounded by Christmas trees and decorations which gave the Wedding a wonderful wintery warmness and Christmassy atmosphere.
